Review summary

Guests consistently praise the spacious and clean rooms, with some highlighting the beautiful lake views. Many enjoyed the convenience of the boat shuttle to Queenstown, though a few found it a bit pricey. The Pinot Pit fire area is a popular spot for drinks, and the breakfast offers a great selection; however, some guests felt that the dinner options were expensive for what they were. the hotel's location, being a short drive from the airport and providing easy access to the walking trail around the lake, is seen as a definite plus.

Adequate stay with MILD issues

comfortable bedquick servicingloud clickingnoisy aircon
The room had a lovely view. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The servicing of the rooms was quick and there was little disruption.
The aircon in the room had a VERY loud clicking sound. It made 3-4 clicking noises approximately every 3 minutes. The hotel informed us that aircon maintenance would be conducted, but the clicking noise was still there.
